We’re currently accepting art and written works (poetry, flash fiction, creative nonfiction, and hybrid forms) for Issue 01: Mudita.
Submission Guidelines
ISSUE ONE THEME: MUDITA
Submissions for our debut issue are open until October 15, 2025.We aim to respond to all submissions within 4–6 weeks of the October 15th deadline.All pieces should be in English. If submitting in another language, please include translations.GENERAL GUIDELINES
You may submit up to 3 pieces per application period (across all genres).All work must be original. AI-generated content or plagiarism will result in permanent disqualification.We accept previously published work, as long as you retain the rights and provide the original publication credit if required.FORMATTING REQUIREMENTS
Written Works: Please submit all written works in a single PDF, using a legible font (Times New Roman or similar, size 11 or 12 preferred). Include a cover page with your name at the top of the document.Name your submission file as: LastName_Title_MuditaIssue1Please include a third-person bio (50–75 words) in your submission file or form.Visual Art: Visual art should be submitted as a high-resolution JPG or PDF. Simultaneous submissions are allowed. We just ask that you email us ([email protected]) if your piece is accepted elsewhere.RIGHTS & REPRINT POLICY
We ask for first digital publication rights, after which rights revert to the author. If republished elsewhere, please credit Mudita Magazine as the original publisher.MAILING LIST
